Namibian Representative Sets Stage for Braves Warriors’ Garoua Stay

Upon his arrival at Garoua International Airport, Steven Namalemo was warmly welcomed by the administrative secretary of the Northern Regional Football League. During his stay in Garoua, Steven Namalemo will mainly focus on visiting the city’s sports facilities. He plans to inspect the Garoua multi-sports stadium and its annexe to ensure that everything is ready to welcome the Namibian national football team in the best conditions.

A few days before the match against Namibia, Fecafoot and the staff recruited by the Ministry of Sports are in disagreement over the meeting place of the players summoned for the match as part of the qualifiers for CAN Morocco 2025. Despite the ongoing discussion on the choice of the stadium and the possible return of a crisis within the staff, the Cameroon Football Federation is mobilizing to welcome the newcomers. This Monday morning, a bus in the colours of the Indomitable Lions is parked in front of the La Falaise Bonanjo hotel in Douala, where the coordinator of the selection appointed by Fecafoot, Benoît Angbwa, is preparing to welcome the players this afternoon.
