Dr. Fridolin Nke, a well-known Cameroonian philosopher and political commentator, was reportedly beaten by police officers at the Ekounou Police Station. In a post on his Facebook page, Dr. Fridolin Nke claimed to have been severely beaten by police officers. According to the academic, the incident took place at Ekounou Police Station. “I am being held at Ekounou Police Station. I was beaten by a police officer,” wrote Dr. Fridolin Nke.
