It is with profound sadness that Ambazonia Broadcasting Corporation – ABC Networks 24 announces the passing of our esteemed Director General, Mrs. Iya Emma Yoti Endeley, affectionately known as “Ma Endeley,” on Sunday, June 15, 2025, in California, USA. Ma Endeley passed away after a brief illness.
Ma Endeley’s career in media was distinguished, spanning from Cameroon Radio Television and Nigeria Television Networks before she emigrated to the United States, where she became a registered nurse. Following her retirement, she dedicated the last four years of her life to building ABC Networks 24 into a vital platform for the people of Ambazonia to share their stories with the world.
During this challenging period of conflict in Ambazonia, Ma Endeley’s unwavering belief in the importance of amplifying the untold stories of Ambazonia drove her to motivate a thriving system within the organization. Her legacy extends far beyond her passion for media; it rests in her unwavering commitment to giving voice to the voiceless and ensuring the world heard the stories of Ambazonia.
Today’s broadcast is dedicated to honoring Ma Endeley’s memory and her profound contributions. Her vision will continue to guide ABC Networks 24 as we carry forward the crucial work she began.
