General Philippe Mpay escaped today from the daily death toll on Cameroonian roads. A violent collision occurred during Nsimalen’s departure aboard his vehicle, en route to Garoua.
The general is coping with a chest trauma, a fracture in the ribs, injuries and a bruise to the hip and left knee. One of the passengers of the vehicle, Colonel Albane Mbom,
