“There is a sun in every child, just let it shine”, Socrates
The World Public Assembly will become the venue for the final and award ceremony of the International Festival of Creativity “Children of the World: Time to be friends”. The event will be held in the format of a round table dedicated to the results of the Festival.
The Festival, which took place from March to August 2025, brought together children and teenagers from 5 to 15 years old. Its key goals are the development of creative skills, intercultural dialogue, the identification of new talents and the strengthening of friendship between children regardless of nationality, cultural characteristics or social status.
Art plays a key role in promoting tolerance and mutual understanding. The organizers are convinced that such projects involving young people in public diplomacy help build the future of international relations and reduce tensions between countries.
In the program of the round table, experts will discuss:
– The role of art in the formation of a strong and multifaceted personality.
– Art as a basis for international cooperation.
– The tasks of preserving cultural heritage in the era of globalization.
The moderator of the platform is IrinaTrumpf, Ambassador of the World of the Federation for Universal Peace, Winner of the International Public Recognition Award “Worthy Women of the Fatherland”, Head of the Working Group on the development of the map of the art industries of Russia of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation; expert in social and business projects; founder and director of the Open Hearts Foundation, ANO “Ecoculture”:

Irina Markova-Chagall, an artist, poet and public figure, the great—niece of Marc Chagall, is the Chairman of the jury of the competition. The festival is supported by Maria Lvova-Belova, the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights, who has been invited as a speaker.
Among the honored guests and participants are expected: Alexander Alimov, Director of the Department for Multilateral Humanitarian Cooperation and Cultural Relations of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Olga Arishina, artist, member of the Russian Geographical Society, Executive Director of the Nevo-Soyuz Moscow Art Institute, Marina Volkova, Director of the Department of Happiness of the World Peoples Assembly, Oksana Voloshina, General Director of the “Expert Council”, Irina Eliferova, Chairman of the Mother of Russia Foundation, Svetlana Listopadova, CCI of t Irina Markova-Chagall, an artist, poet and public figure, the great—niece of Marc Chagall, was the chairman of the jury of the competition. The event will end with the solemn announcement of the launch of the second World Festival of Creativity, “Children of the World: A Time to be Friends”, with the participation of the World Peoples Assembly.
