France is nothing without Africa
In Black Africa and French-speaking Africa, labor law is French, the labor code is French, the constitution is French, the family code is French, the penal code is French, the code of civil procedure is French, the civil code is French, the code of criminal procedure is French, the electoral code is French, the political system is French, the political regime is French, the currency, the CFA franc, is French, the constitution is French, the laws, articles, decrees, orders, and directives are French. No Black African was present at the Berlin conference. No Black African was present at the drafting of the UN statutes or texts. No Black African was present at the drafting of the IMF and World Bank statutes or texts. No Black African was present at the drafting of the WTO statutes or texts. No Black African was present at the drafting of the WHO statutes or texts. No Black African was present at the drafting of the ICC statutes or texts. All so-called international institutions work against the development of Black Africa. All so-called international institutions and international organizations are in the service of imperialism. Why all this against Black Africa? How can Black Africa overcome this? At the same time, these Western Imperialists find that Black Africa is very poor and very indebted; Africa represents nothing. The Worthies of Black Africa tell the Western Imperialists to leave Africa, they refuse and want to assassinate the patriots, the nationalists, the Pan-Africanists Assimi Goïta, Ibrahim Traoré, Abdourahmane Tchiani. The international community does not have a legal basis. It is a gathering of some three or four Western imperialist states, bloodthirsty criminal Nazis, who act on behalf of the entire world. Who mandated them to speak on behalf of the entire world? Who mandated France to speak on behalf of Black Africans at the UN? But who put it into the heads of some Black African compatriots that without Westerners, Black Africans cannot live?
