THE DESTRUCTION OF THE AFRICAN FAMILY BY AFRICANS.
The phenomenon of “bush falling” is gradually eroding the African family.
Africans are fleeing their homes and villages to settle in different parts of Europe and the Americas.
The beautiful family compounds in which we were born, and the graves of our parents and grandparents, are being systematically abandoned. At the same time, we toil and sweat to pay cut-throat mortgages for hundreds of millions over periods ranging from 10 to 30 years for average bungalows in America and Europe.
Family meetings are now held through Zoom and no longer end with common meals and merrymaking amongst family members.
Our children do not and may never have the opportunity to meet and socialise with their uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and even grandparents.
We think we are making progress by destroying the foundations of our own families through ” bush falling .”
After having destroyed the foundations of our families, we shall turn around and accuse the white man of having destroyed the African family.
