For students interested in applying, the process involves the creation of a file with specific documents and submitting it to the mail department of the general management at the Headquarters building in Messa Yaoundé. It is advised to apply at least three months before the intended start date of the internship.

CCA-Bank is committed to facilitating the professional integration of young people.
CCA-Bank in line with its CSR policy offers deserving young students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with banking and finance professions in areas such as credit analysis, human resources management, internal audit, risk management, information and communication technologies or any other fields of study that the Bank deems relevant for its operations.
The internship allows participants to bring new perspectives, innovative ideas, and recent research experience to the work of the bank while enhancing their own experience by working in a diverse environment. In addition, it is a way to enrich their CV with practical work experience, making them more competitive in the job market.
In line with its societal commitment, CCA-Bank has undertaken the recruitment of 200 young people to offer them academic and professional internships. The selected young people will have the opportunity to work alongside the bank’s staff, to significantly enrich their theoretical knowledge.
The planned internships will take place in two waves:
- 100 students for July and August 2024;
- 100 more for September and October 2024.
Eligible applicants are students from universities and grandes écoles holding at least an undergraduate degree.
Complete applications must reach the Bank one month before the requested period.
Documents to be presented by candidates:
- A recent CV with a cover letter;
- A school certificate or letter of recommendation from the school.
The appointment is set for the end of August when the trainees will be asked to take stock of their stay and receive their certificates while making way for the second wave.
