LRC and the EMPHATIC EXCLUSION OF ITS PROLETARIAT
1) PARASTATALS. This is a no-go area for the poor and have-nots. Biya appoints members of his bourgeoisie class to man these budget-consuming monsters not to provide any public utility or service but to enrich certain individuals and segments. Employment into these enterprises is strictly out of reach of the proletariat. SNH, SONARA, CAMTEL, etc etc. Strictly reserved for the bourgeois class
2) THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY and SENATE. Strictly reserved for the children of members and the administrators of these institutions
3) THE PRESIDENCY. This one has simply become a tribal and family circus.
4) PRESTIGIOUS institutions like ENAM. Once in a while, a few kids from the proletariat class will be drafted in just to give a panache of fairness, but in essence it is reserved for children of cabinet ministers and some big entrepreneurs affiliated to the ruling class. The head of state himself had 2 of his kids marched in and out of this institution
5) The exploitation, management and sale of oil, forest, gold and other mineral resources. This is another no-go area for the proletariat. Even the natural owners (locals) of these resources are strictly kept aside in this gigantic and almost invaluable revenue source. Chinese partners have been drafted in. If a pigmy in the east is caught with gold or seen exploiting forest which is his natural habitat, all hell will rain down upon him. They can only sit and watch how heavy-duty trucks move in and out with timber. They can only helplessly cover their ears as the heavy machines butcher their trees and turn their forest into a desert. In return, they are offered virtually nothing. No benches, no hospitals, no roads. Even when these trucks crush them on the road, they just have to bury their dead and stay quiet. The other nefarious effects of deforestation, mining and environmental destruction are on their shoulders in return for nothing. The rampaging bourgeoisie ruling class in Yaounde is a merciless monster deprived of soul and conscience
