This Message is sent to all the Presidents of Black Africa to tell them that for 3 years the AES has always remained in 3 countries namely Niger, Burkina Faso, and Mali. So you, the rest of the Black African Heads of State, know that you are entering the AES, you are not entering the AES, we the common people of Black Africa are already in the AES from the Hours which followed its Creation. You have the means. Make a real Survey among your populations to know if your proposals are not in the AES from its Creation
