The Prime Minister, Head of Government

The Minister of Territorial Administration (MINAT), Paul Atanga Nji

The Secretary of State for the National Gendarmerie (SED), Galax Etoga

Subject:

Final summons and declaration of protection of the people against state barbarity.

Gentlemen,

The United Front of Loyalist Defense and Security Forces, a movement born from the convergence of patriots from the Army, the Gendarmerie, and the Police, breaks its silence to express its categorical refusal to condone the bloody drift that is gravely tarnishing our republican institutions.

  1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PERPETRATORS AND BARBARIC CRIMES

The honor of our uniform is today being trampled by zealous individuals carrying out manifestly illegal orders. The evidence in our possession compels us to clearly identify the following individuals responsible:

1.1. Events in Yaoundé

Colonel Nguele Joseph Désiré, Commander of the Central Gendarmerie Legion, and Adjutant Essomba are directly implicated in the murder of Djombe Awe Pildash, who was arrested on October 26, 2025, and then beaten to death at the Central Post Office Gendarmerie headquarters for wearing a t-shirt bearing the inscription “Tchiroma 2025.”

These same individuals are also implicated in the kidnapping and torture of Parfait Mbvoum.

1.2. Events in Douala

Colonel Otoulou, Commander of the Littoral Gendarmerie Legion, bears full responsibility for the premeditated death of nationalist Anicet Ekane, resulting from the deliberate confiscation of his oxygen concentrator.

1.3. Political Persecution

The United Front strongly condemns the political persecution of Bedzigui Tchameni, as well as the arbitrary arrests carried out in the context of the post-election crisis.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POLITICAL AND SECURITY COMMAND

These crimes cannot be dismissed as isolated incidents. They are the result of coordinated and systematic manoeuvres, orchestrated by a triumvirate of repression composed of:

Paul Atanga Nji, Minister of Territorial Administration (MINAT)

Galax Etoga, Secretary of State for the National Gendarmerie (SED)

Martin Mbarga Nguele, Delegate General for National Security (DGSN)

Through your guidance and directives, you have progressively transformed the republican forces into instruments for protecting clan interests, with absolute disregard for human life and the fundamental principles of the rule of law.

III. COMMITMENT TO PROTECTION AND FORMAL NOTICE

The United Front of Loyalist Defense and Security Forces wishes to clarify its position irrevocably:

3.1. Disavowal of the corrupt hierarchy

We did not swear an oath to serve individuals or a clan, but to defend the Nation and protect the Cameroonian people.

3.2. Solidarity with the sovereign people

The United Front officially stands with the people. We pledge to ensure, within the limits of our duties and our conscience, the protection of citizens against any illegal aggression.

3.3. Solemn warning

We formally warn our comrades: any further serious attack on the physical integrity of a citizen will entail serious consequences. Any member, regardless of rank, who physically attacks a civilian will bear the consequences. The era of impunity is over.

The army belongs to the people.

The High Command of the United Front of Loyalist Defense and Security Forces.
