**Announcement for the First World Public Assembly: Technical Overview**

The inaugural First World Public Assembly (WPA), organized by the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations “World Peoples Assembly,” will convene in Moscow in conjunction with the International Day of Peace. This high-profile humanitarian forum aims to deliver concrete, actionable solutions addressing sustainability, equity, and social cohesion in the context of evolving global dynamics.

**Participants**: The WPA expects over 4,000 attendees from more than 150 countries, comprising a diverse array of stakeholders in public diplomacy, civil society, policy, and academia. Notable participants include descendants of illustrious historical figures, leaders from international organizations, government officials, scientists, cosmonauts, as well as spiritual and municipal leaders.

**Central Theme**: “New World of Conscious Unity” 

As articulated by Andrey Belyaninov, Secretary General of the WPA, the assembly seeks to prioritize shared values over divisions, championing a collaborative approach to global challenges. The ethos of this assembly emphasizes that meaningful progress is achieved through collective endeavors.

**Program Structure**: The conference will feature a comprehensive agenda including seven panel discussions and over 40 thematic platforms that span critical domains such as public diplomacy, humanitarian modernization, value systems in contemporary contexts, and the cultivation of spiritual unity. Key thematic forums will include:

– **International Media Forum**: Focusing on “Media in the Service of Humanity”

– **Youth Forum**: Dedicated to “Generation of Unity”

– **International Forum**: “Victorious Nations: The Lessons of World War II and Responsibility for Peace”

– **Business Forum**: Exploring “Corporate Social Responsibility: Investments in a Common Future”

– **Congress of the World Organization of Writers (WOW)**

– **Eurasian Forum**: Highlighting National Cultures and Equestrian Traditions under “Constellation of the First”

In addition, a specialized meeting for university presidents will be held, engaging intergovernmental and non-governmental representatives, scholars, and experts from over 40 countries to discuss educational collaborations and policies.

**Recognition Program**: A significant highlight of the WPA will be the awarding of the Public Recognition Award “For Service to Humanity,” which acknowledges outstanding contributions in humanitarian efforts.
