Fellow Ambazonians,
From the throne of the warrior king Kuva Likenye in the outskirts of Gbea Njie Tama Lifanje to the twin lakes of Kupe Muaneguba through the oil fields of Bakassi and the beautiful banks of the Meme River, I welcome you to the breadbasket of Ambazonia. Today we shall enjoy the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, the natural music of many rivers and the sweet smell of an ever-green vegetation, host to Mount Ambazonia, the highest peak in West Africa, and of Debundscha the wettest place in Africa. A few days after the stellar performance of our valiant Ambazonia State Armed forces against the fear-stricken barbaric LRC forces of occupation, we are here again to send our vote of confidence in the renewed power of our armed forces. We are so proud of our army for renewing our hope and strength to fight through the odds and secure a free homeland for our people. We count on the rugged zeel of the Savanna zoners the passion of the Midland zoners and the leadership of the Atlantic zoners in crafting a gift of defiance for LRC by the end of today’s Draft. Yes, Ambazonia Armed Forces displayed their prowess during the recent 20th May. But our detractors are more concerned about who did what and who did not do what, who pulled the trigger and not which side conquered. We, in the Government of Ambazonia care less about who takes or steals the glory, our only concern is between LRC and Ambazonia who won? When Ambazonia is winning, and you rush to say the government did nothing for that to happen, who cares? That is the envy of a five-year-old. That is what a defeated LRC scout would say. Why do you talk like them and you want us to believe you are with us? As for me, I am already used to the fact that when the struggle is not moving everyone blames us, but when good things happen it is that “the boys that did it, the government did nothing.” Professional Job thieves are everywhere like mushrooms at the beginning of the rainy season. They want to harvest where they did not sow, and when you tell them you planted the garden, they ask you to show them the proof. Only a fool gives LRC vital intelligence for free. Very soon these people will say we don’t need a government that is how they all start before they leave us, watch my word, or record this message and keep it in a special place. It is just like passing a difficult exam in which many people failed in your class and those who failed start saying you cheated to pass, or that you are lying that you passed, while others insist somebody wrote the exam for you. What would you advise yourself to do to the losers? Jump out on the street and honour them with a response, broadcast what you did and show them how you did it, or you ignore them and prepare to pass your next exam?
Let me tell you how people change, they first change in their ideas, and then they change in their language before changing in their actions. If you are not smart you will not understand that they have left you. They start fighting us from the inside; you try to stop them they accelerate. When they fail they leave the government and continue fighting us from outside. But let me ask such people one question, if you didn’t succeed inside to destroy the government, what makes you feel you will succeed outside? Is it not common sense to know you would not succeed? From South Africa to Kondengui, from the rascals in the defunct Restoration council to Mr I brought the deal, go and ask them “How market”? When these stubborn comrades push themselves outside they sometimes get to realize their errors or failure after they leave. When they realize their error instead of coming back to the house, they start calling for reconciliation and collaboration; and when we question their character and refuse their bogus proposal they disappear from the struggle moments after. I beg those of you treading on this path to turn on your switch and come back fully; let’s fight LRC the way we all started. Do not dwell in bitterness and unforgiveness, shake off the dust, embrace each other and let’s start afresh, let’s go forward. What is at stake for all of us is bigger than your pain or loss. Pick up the phone and call your brother and your sister and say comrade let’s start afresh, I need you and you need me, let’s forget the past, I love you like a brother, or I love you like a sister. Our disagreements are temporal but the danger before us is permanent if we fail, we must fight as one.
