Liberian President Joseph Boakai has suspended all government officials who failed to disclose their assets within the required time frame. The affected will be suspended for one month without pay or until they submit the required declarations. President Boakai says asset declaration is not only a legal requirement but also a crucial step in promoting transparency and restoring public trust in government institutions.
