This is the voice of Ambazonia. Truth in resistance, clarity in crisis. Today is Friday, August 22nd, 2025.
Today’s commentary is titled Propaganda, Proxies, and the Prize of Betrayal. Fellow Ambazonians, greetings. A true war of liberation has many fronts: the boats on the ground, the diplomats abroad, and the voices that carry the truth of our struggle to the world.
But these fronts only succeed when they work together under discipline and legitimacy. When one man or one faction tries to hijack them for selfish gain, the result is chaos. We have seen this clearly in the case of Cho Ayaba.
For years, he paraded as a revolutionary, yet behind the slogans and statements, he was working as a proxy for the regime of Yande. He traded in arms and money deals that sabotaged our revolution and fueled the killing of our people. That is not leadership, it is betrayal.
Today, Ayaba sits in a Norwegian jail facing charges of crimes against humanity. And every day, new details emerge, details of his genocidal schemes and his collaboration with Yande. What some thought was a strategy has now been unmasked as a conspiracy.
Let us be clear, propaganda is not a substitute for leadership. True revolutionary messaging inspires and unites, but reckless propaganda mixed with lies and backroom deals divides our people and weakens our cause. Ambazonia’s liberation cannot be built on Spain’s doctrine and damage control.
It must stand on truth, sacrifice, and legitimacy. Fellow Ambazonians, the blood of our martyrs is too precious to be wasted on the ambitions of individuals. Our freedom cannot and will not be reduced to propaganda.
We must hold fast to discipline, unity, and the authority of a people-mandated leadership. This has been the voice of Ambazonia, truth in resistance, clarity in crisis.
