AMBAZONIAN GOVERNMENT LAWSUIT AGAINST CAMEROUN IN NORWAY: WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN HEARD?
To read between the lines, one is tempted to think that other powers influence the Norwegian government because the government of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia had filed a lawsuit against the Cameroun government and its military on the same charges the Norwegian government arrested Ayaba for: war crimes and crimes against humanity, with evidence, names of persons, places and dates. The Ambazonian government filed the suit years before Ayaba Cho was arrested, but took no action. This is not to say that Ayaba Cho didn’t commit war crimes because he not only directed his ADF to carry out these acts; he and his organisation claimed responsibility for them. One thing is clear: the case against Ayaba Cho Lucas cannot be heard without touching on the very causes of the conflict. This is where things will get complicated for Norway if its decision to prosecute Ayaba is influenced by the invisible hands behind the case, France and particularly the Cameroonian government. After the Ayaba Cho matter, the case filed by President Samuel Ikome Sako and the Ambazonian government will have to be dusted off and brought before the court.
For those wondering and doubting, the Oslo court in which Ayaba Cho Lucas is being tried has international jurisdiction in these matters and can try President Paul Biya and the Cameroonian authorities named in the case filed against them by the Ambazonian government.
All things shall work for the good of the God-ordained Ambazonian struggle.
