– Le VISA DU COURRIER paraît AUTHENTIQUE,
– le DISPOSITIF (vu, vu,), le TITRE DU DÉCRET, le TIMBRE DU DÉCRET ainsi que LA FORMULATION DES DISPOSITIONS (articles) sont l’œuvre d’un professionnel de la logistique administrative et réglementaire,
UN FAUX DÉCRET FALSIFIÉ POUR TROMPER LE PUBLIC ET COUVRIR LE BÉNÉFICIAIRE ET LES COMMANDITAIRES?:
Le NOM et le PRÉNOM sur cette copie vulgarisée sur les réseaux sociaux, ne sont pas ceux qui figuraient au moment du dépôt à la CRTV.
C’est TRÈS VISIBLE que ce document a été RETRAVAILLÉ pour Y INSCRIRE LE NOM DU PORTEUR, simple COMMISSIONNAIRE arrêté et détenu désormais.
Ce GARÇON n’est et ne saurait NULLEMENT être le bénéficiaire dont le nom était inscrit À L’ORIGINE sur ce document.

Si tant est que ce décret ait été l’œuvre de ce garçon, il n’aurait été porteur que du décret portant nomination d’un Vice-Président, puisque c’est le seul poste qui l’intéressait vraisemblablement.
Mais dans le CAS D’ESPÈCE, il était aussi porteur d’un autre DÉCRET PORTANT FORMATION DU GOUVERNEMENT.
QUESTIONS
– Aurait-il pu être ALTRUISTE DANS L’AMUSEMENT et le CANULAR au point de penser toute une équipe gouvernementale qui devrait l’accompagner dans l’exercice de ses fonctions de vice-président ?
– Pourquoi LES OFFICINES n’ont pas aussi mis sur les réseaux sociaux et à la disposition du grand public, cet autre décret portant formation du gouvernement ?
CONCLUSIONS
– Le journaliste de la CRTV qui a ouvert le premier courrier SAIT ET CONNAIT LE VRAI NOM qui y était inscrit. Il serait donc COMPLICE DE CE FAUX SUR LE FAUX.
– Le Journaliste correspondant d’une chaîne de radio étrangère, qui a été le PREMIER À DIVULGUER cette information EN EXCLUSIVITÉ sur les réseaux sociaux, SOIT EST COMPLICE de s’être laissé CORROMPRE pour ORIENTER L’OPINION vers ce FAUX SUR LE FAUX en affirmant que c’est le PORTEUR ou COMMISSIONNAIRE qui en était en même temps le bénéficiaire, ou alors il aurait été NAÏVEMENT UTILISÉ pour ce faire.

Pour CONFIRMER OU INFIRMER DÉFINITIVEMENT que ce texte est un VRAI-FAUX ou un FAUX VRAI DÉCRET, il faudrait EXAMINER LE SECOND DÉCRET PORTANT LA FORMATION DU GOUVERNEMENT dont le Garçon était porteur.
La FORME DU DOCUMENT ainsi que les NOMS ET LES POSTES y contenus décideront, une fois pour toutes, de l’opinion et de la Nation tout entière.

BUT IT’S TRUE… BECAUSE:
– The scanned signature of the President of the Republic is current,
– The letterhead appears authentic,
