Douala Port to Cut Dredging Costs by CFA4bn per year with Chantal Biya Dredger’s Return

The Port of Douala, a critical maritime gateway in Cameroon, is set to significantly reduce its annual dredging costs by CFA4 billion with the return of the Chantal Biya dredger. The Chantal Biya dredger, named after Cameroon’s First Lady, is a multifunctional vessel capable of dredging up to 12 meters deep.
