INAUGURATION DU SIÈGE DE LA FECAFOOT
Samuel Eto’o rend hommage à Iya Mohamed, ancien président de la FECAFOOT, au sujet du nouveau siège :
« Monsieur le Premier ministre, représentant personnel du chef de l’État, Iya Mohamed voyait beaucoup plus loin que son époque. C’est le début de ce beau rêve. Il a vu juste. Il a compris ce dont l’histoire de notre football avait besoin : une administration à la hauteur des performances des Lions. Il nous a fallu plus de quatorze ans pour ça. Et l’un de ses joueurs, ici devenu président, a tenu à accomplir son rêve. Voici donc son rêve qui a vu le jour. ».
INAUGURATION OF THE FECAFOOT HEADQUARTERS
Samuel Eto’o pays tribute to Iya Mohamed, former president of FECAFOOT, regarding the new headquarters:
“Mr. Prime Minister, personal representative of the Head of State, Iya Mohamed saw far ahead of his time. This is the beginning of this beautiful dream. He was right. He understood what the history of our football needed: an administration worthy of the Lions’ achievements. It took us more than fourteen years to achieve this. And one of his players, now president, was determined to fulfil his dream. And so, his dream has come true.”
