BAPTIST PASTORS PRESENT FOR POPE’S VISIT TO BAMENDA
A college of Reverend Pastors from the Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) was present for Pope Leo’s visit. The CBC’s Executive President (Rev. Dr Teke John Ekema) was unable to attend the event as he was out of the country on official assignment.
The delegation of CBC pastors included:
-Rev. Njego Richard (CBC Men’s Director)
– Rev. Fongambi Confidence (Bafoussam Field Pastor)
– Rev. Dr. Shadrach Vegah (Pastor of Gospel Baptist Church, Nghomgham)
– Rev. Shu Divine (Deputy Provost i/c of Academics CBTS Kumba Campus)
– Rev. Chambali Ezekiel (Douala Field Pastor), among other pastors.
After participating in talks at the Metropolitan Cathedral in Mankon, they also went for Mass at the airport officiated by the Pope himself.
