Ils ont 14 jours, aux termes des 7 communiqués signés, lundi 15 juin, par le Ministre des Enseignements secondaires, Pr. Nalova LYONGA.
En détail :
– 3172 en position inconnue ;
– 2532 absents à l’opération de recensement d’avril – mai 2026 ;
– 5659 déclarés en situation d’abandon de poste ;
– 1738 en situation administrative et professionnelle incohérente ;
– 1319 reconnus résidents hors du pays ;
– 1205 déclarés décédés par leurs chefs de structure respectifs, mais réellement en vie ;
– 392 absentéistes déserteurs, c’est-à-dire émargeant au chapitre budgétaire du MINESEC, mais en service dans aucune structure de ce département ministériel.
Les personnels concernés doivent se présenter munis de toutes les pièces requises, sous peine de rejet pur et simple du dossier.

16,017 staff members summoned to provide explanations
They have 14 days, according to the seven communiqués signed on Monday, June 15, by the Minister of Secondary Education, Professor Nalova LYONGA.
In detail:
– 3,172 with unknown status;
– 2,532 absent from the April-May 2026 census;
– 5,659 declared to have abandoned their posts;
– 1,738 with inconsistent administrative and professional status;
– 1,319 recognized as residing outside the country;
– 1,205 declared deceased by their respective heads of department, but actually alive;
– 392 absentee deserters, meaning they are on the MINESEC budget but not working in any department within this ministry. The personnel concerned must present themselves with all the required documents; otherwise, their application will be rejected outright.
