On March 28, 2026, the results of the inaugural All-Russian “Federal SPEAKER” Award were announced in Moscow, bringing together leading experts, speakers, moderators, and producers of business events from across the country. Among the winners is Inga Koryagina, Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, who won in the “International Relations” category.
The award received over 400 applications from 38 regions of Russia. Participants underwent a multi-stage selection process: from the formation of a shortlist of 109 nominees to online meetings of the Expert Council and a final defense before independent experts. The total duration of the pitching sessions was 27 hours. Following the competition procedures, 20 winners were determined.
The “Federal SPEAKER” Award is conducted without organizational fees or paid nominations, with the key selection criterion being the professional expertise of the participants. A distinctive feature of the award was the decision to abandon traditional statuettes: winners received gilded badges, crafted in a jewelry studio, as a symbol of recognition that can be used in their professional activities.
Inga Koryagina is an expert in the field of international development, combining academic, expert, and practical work. She is Ph.D., Associate Professor and Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, UNDP Expert, Director of International Development of the Russian-African Club of Lomonosov Moscow State University, a member of the Expert Advisory Council of the State Duma Committee for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, and has been appointed as an Honorary Representative of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the African countries.
Inga Koryagina’s professional activities are focused on shaping the international agenda and fostering dialogue between countries. Over the past year, she has participated in more than 30 international and federal events, and her expert commentaries are regularly published in leading Russian and foreign media. In 2025, the number of such publications exceeded 300, including materials featuring the expert on international issues.
In her work, Inga Koryagina places special emphasis on developing educational and youth initiatives, as well as strengthening Russia’s cooperation with countries of the Global South, including nations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
